Products
Resin Systems, Inc. is an industrial fiberglass manufacturer and fabricator of high quality, hand-lay up FRP pipe, ducts, tanks, and other custom-made specialty items. We, also, fabricate thermoplastic and dual laminate (thermoplastic/FRP) products.
FRP
We manufacture and fabricate our own FRP pipe, flanges, fittings, and tanks in our 52,000 sq. ft. production facility in Sulphur, LA. We have experience with almost every resin used in the industrial market, including epoxy, furan, phenolic, vinyl ester, and polyester resins. All work is custom made to our customer's specifications.
Filament Winding
With our state of the art filament winder we can wind pipe from 4” to 60” Diameter.
Thermopastics
We have extensive experience and certified welders working with CPVC, PVC, PVDF, Polypro, and HDPE.
Services
We are available for in-plant repairs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have field service crews that can install fiberglass linings in both fiberglass and steel vessels, perform leak repairs, and piping installations. We have experience with almost every resin used in the industrial market, including epoxy, furan, phenolic, vinyl ester, and polyester resins.
We have traveled out of state to do work many times; however, the bulk of our work is done in Southwest Louisiana. We have successfully completed jobs as small as one fiberglass wrap and as large as 14,000 linear feet of various size and pressure-rating pipe.
